Frontier® Tomato Powder is dehydrated tomatoes and come in powder form. These convenient tomatoes add depth and zest to recipes like soups, pastas, pizzas, vegetable dishes, stews and salads. Can be used as a replacement for sun-dried tomatoes and works great to thicken pizza and spaghetti sauces.

To reconstitute Frontier tomato powder, use the following recipes. Paste: Combine 3/4 cup tomato powder with 2 cups water. Sauce: Combine 1/2 cup tomato powder with 2 cups water. Juice: Combine 1/8 cup tomato powder with 2 cups water. Yields 2 cups.
