Almonds contain a good dose of monounsaturated fat, proteins and fiber. With a low content of carbohydrate, this combination makes almond great for diabetics.
Almonds make for great snacks, but you can add it in almost anything.
Blend it with water to create almond milk, grind it and use it as flour (or buy our pre-ground almond flours!), crush it up and top your ice cream, pastries, mix it in your granola or bread.
